Growth - so you want to own a buisness?

Often through the years people have spoken to me about wanting to own a business. They speak of the money they will earn and so often think that is all there is to it when in fact that is not even a small percentage. Fact is your business in many ways is an outward manifestation of who you are as a person, your values, ethics and personal belief systems. How you respond to a challenge is telling and your motivation is also important.

• Why do you want to be in business?
• What product or service do you have to offer?
• Would someone be willing to compensate you for your time, knowledge, product or service?
• What makes you unique?
• Are you willing to grow into the person you need to become?
• Do you believe you are here to service your clients or be serviced by them?
