Importance of Core Values

Core values are who we are as people and businesses. When we loose focus or allow others to distract and derail us (including society) we get ourselves in trouble and we lake the discipline to achieve our goals more or less determine them and be default we allow others - including society - to dictate our lives and outcomes. Lack or loss of these values is also what in som ecases cause business to loss sight of the fact that their purpose is to serve their customers and clients and respect their employees and focus instead on how much money they are making or how they can exploit instead of serve.

Self Sabotage - what is it and how to address

So often we are the authors of our own shortcomings setting ourselves up for failure and stealing defeat from the jaws of victory. Here is a simple concept - until you deal with the hate you have of yourself you will typically always do yourself harm - further if you hold prejudice, bias or hate for another that is also most likely a projected form of self hatred which will lead to sabotage because we were never allow ourselves to have any more than we think we are worthy of and deserve and if we hate ourselves we will look for reasons and continue behaviors over and over again that lead to our demise.

18 year old missing

My daughter Camille is 18 years old....She left New York a few weeks ago to meet someone in Toledo Ohio. I got a call from someone in Ohio that something went wrong and and I had to file a missing person's report with the New York and Toledo Ohio police.

My daughter is from New York and knows nothing about Ohio, she has no money and her cell phone battery is dead.

Someone posted me a comment about a missing 3 year old girl missing and asked" would you repost if this is your daughter?". I did repost and my daughter is missing as well.

She isn't 3 but she is 18 in a place hundreds of miles away from home and doesn't really know anyone or anything about her surroundings. She isn't in the best part of Ohio as well so she could be in real danger everyday that passes.

And just like the 3 year old girl missing repost....you never know who knows who...so I put this out there in hopes that maybe somebody has seen her or knows something.
