When you hire a consultant regardless of the field it is important that you look at their experience, background and if a cpmpany or firm the background and creditials of their lead people.
- What is their reputation?
- How well are they respected among their peers?
- What licenses and certications do they hold (ie cpp, pmp)?
- What is their education?
- How committed are they to continuing education?
